Should your order not be successfully delivered to you and consequently returned to Cotswold Grey - we will ask you to pay an additional delivery charge to resend the parcel.
Smaller items will be dispatched via DPD/Courier within 3 working days. Furniture in stock will be dispatched within 7 working days. Furniture on order will be shipped within 12 weeks.
Custom ordered items may incur a longer delivery time.

If an item that you have purchased is unexpectedly out of stock, you will be contacted with an estimated delivery date and given the opportunity to choose an alternative product or a refund.
We use DPD for delivery of parcels under 15kg. If your order is sent with DPD, you will receive communication from DPD to advise of your delivery. You will be able to amend the delivery day/time and address by text. This delivery service is tracked to your door and if you are not in to take delivery of the package DPD will contact you with a new delivery time.
At Cotswold Grey we will deliver your furniture and large items through our own delivery service. We will contact you directly to arrange a time slot. This service is only available to UK Mainland customers.
Please note: We will only be able to deliver to the front door.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Please note: Custom ordered items are not eligible for return and refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your purchase to us, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
