An elm sideboard of around 130 years old with a generous run of drawers, six across the top in pairs above three cabinets. The elm has been tastefully restored and refinished to a pale grey with a warm honey tone, the framing a shade darker than the panels so the whole front reads as a neat grid.

This one stands at 101cm, taller than almost any sideboard, which puts the drawers at a comfortable height to use without bending. Each cupboard has a removable shelf, so each compartment can be altered to suit, and every door and drawer carries a plain iron ring.

At 45cm deep it takes dinner plates and serving dishes and still fits a dining room or a wide hallway.

Care Instructions

Dust with a dry cloth. Avoid water and household cleaners, which will mark the surface. Keep away from direct heat and strong sunlight, and expect a little movement in very dry rooms.
