A sturdy little vintage elm table in black lacquer, with box stretchers on all four sides keeping it solid. The finish has been carefully restored, worn through to bare elm on the edges and across the top, where the grain shows beautifully through the black.

A pair of iron ring pulls sit either side of an old lock plate, with drawer space behind for the small things beside a bed or armchair. At 82cm it stands a little higher than most side tables, so you get a hall table out of it too.

Dust only, with a dry or barely damp cloth. Do not scrub or use cleaning products. The worn areas are part of the piece and will lift if treated.
