A slab of old elm with a curved, irregular outline and a stepped natural edge at one end, so the shape is entirely its own. Around 120 years old, the surface is pale and dry with gentle figure across the face. At 6cm it is a substantial board, solid enough to serve from and handsome enough to stand as a sculptural piece in a kitchen.

Care Instructions

Dust with a dry cloth. Avoid water and household cleaners, which will mark the surface. Keep away from direct heat and strong sunlight, and expect a little movement in very dry rooms.
