A rustic bench newly built from reclaimed elm, with round log posts for the back and arms and a thick plank seat that keeps its natural edge along the front. The seat is deep and the back high, so it sits somewhere between a bench and a small sofa.

Nothing about this one is hidden. The knots and splits in the logs have been left, and the elm has been tastefully finished to a pale dry grey that shows the wide grain of the back board. At 184cm it seats two with room to spare, and it holds a hallway or a boot room on its own.

Care Instructions

Dust with a dry cloth. Avoid water and household cleaners, which will mark the surface. Keep away from direct heat and strong sunlight, and expect a little movement in very dry rooms.
