You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Please note: Custom ordered items are not eligible for return and refund unless defective.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Purchases made in our store at The Old Ironmongers, High Street, Moreton-In-Marsh, Gloucestershire, GL56 0AE, require a valid receipt to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within seven days of receiving the goods. We will process any refund due to you within 30 days.We will confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for the defective goods.

Should your order not be successfully delivered to you and consequently returned to Cotswold Grey - we will ask you to pay an additional delivery charge to resend the parcel.
Smaller items will be dispatched via DPD/Courier within 3 working days. Furniture in stock will be dispatched within 7 working days. Furniture on order will be shipped within 12 weeks.
Custom ordered items may incur a longer delivery time.

If an item that you have purchased is unexpectedly out of stock, you will be contacted with an estimated delivery date and given the opportunity to choose an alternative product or a refund.
We use DPD for delivery of parcels under 15kg. If your order is sent with DPD, you will receive communication from DPD to advise of your delivery. You will be able to amend the delivery day/time and address by text. This delivery service is tracked to your door and if you are not in to take delivery of the package DPD will contact you with a new delivery time.
Some of our items are too heavy or delicate to be sent safely with a courier; for these pieces we provide a custom delivery service with a time slot to suit you. The price of this service is calculated depending on your distance from our showroom in Moreton-in-Marsh and the consequent cost of fuel and manpower for the journey. As a rough guide, this will vary from £50 locally to £550 for the very furthest journeys (the far north of Scotland, for example). After you have made your purchase we will be in touch to arrange delivery of your goods within 10 working days.
Please note: We will only be able to deliver to the front door.
