Smooth and pale, with few of the marks fruitwood of this age usually carries, the top on this small table is a quiet one. It was cut as the bed for a grinding stone long before it became a table, though little of that work shows now.

The legs are neatly shaped, kicking out a little at the foot, with an angled brace running up to the underside of the top. At 100cm across it is a lovely size for a room where anything bigger would crowd the seating.

Care Instructions

Dust with a dry cloth. Avoid water and household cleaners, which will mark the surface. Keep away from direct heat and strong sunlight, and expect a little movement in very dry rooms.
