A four door sideboard newly built from reclaimed elm, under a generous plank top that overhangs the cabinet at both ends and keeps the uneven edge of the board it was cut from. The elm has been finished to a lovely silvery grey brown, with the deep grain of the top opened up by years of weather while the timber was still part of an old barn.

Both cupboards have removable shelves, so you can alter each side to suit what needs to go in it. The pulls are plain iron rings, small and dark against the pale timber.

At 38cm deep it is shallower than most sideboards, which is what lets it into a hallway or a landing where a full depth piece would not fit.

Care Instructions

Dust with a dry cloth. Avoid water and household cleaners, which will mark the surface. Keep away from direct heat and strong sunlight, and expect a little movement in very dry rooms.
