Three generous drawers, deep enough for jumpers and folded linen, in a chest hand painted all over with a repeating pattern in soft apricot on a chalky white ground. This is a new piece, finished tastefully, the paint has been beautifully rubbed back by hand along the edges and down the legs in the workshop, so the finish is soft and chalky rather than flat.

The top is left plain inside an apricot border, which gives you a clear surface for a lamp and a tray. Tapered legs lift the whole thing off the floor, and small iron rings serve as pulls, two to a drawer.

Care Instructions

Dust with a dry or barely damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners and solvents, which will dull the finish. Knocks will show along the edges where the paint sits thinnest.
