A vintage elm stool with a thick rectangular top on four splayed legs, around 120 years old. The top has been cleaned back to a lovely pale, dry finish that keeps every crack and mark of its age, and the legs are braced with stretchers so it stands solid. At 56cm high it is a comfortable seat, and works just as well as a small side table beside an armchair or a bath.

Care Instructions

Dust with a dry cloth. Avoid water and household cleaners, which will mark the surface. Keep away from direct heat and strong sunlight, and expect a little movement in very dry rooms.
