This one is unusually long for a sideboard of this pattern, three bays of doors set into a single run of elm with the top carrying right across them.

The paint has been taken off altogether, leaving a handsome soft grey brown with the grain showing through, and the doors sit flush in their frames with small iron rings for handles. Each of the three cupboards has removable shelves across the middle.

The full 252cm needs a wall clear of doors and radiators, and at 95cm high the top stands above dining table height, a stunning surface to lay a buffet along.

Dust with a dry cloth. Avoid water and household cleaners, which will mark the surface. Keep away from direct heat and strong sunlight, and expect a little movement in very dry rooms.
